    5年ほど前からタブレットでのオンライン授業で有料プランで使用しています。 先日アップデートして以来、クラシックのホワイトボードや共有した写真に書き込む際に、Apple Pencilの線が太くなったり、Apple Pencilの反応が悪くて一度では書けなかったり、授業が長時間になると、最後の方はほとんど書き込めなくなったりします。この場合は、一度zoomを切って、再接続しているのですが、これでは何のための有料プランか分かりませんし、再接続したところで、書き心地が悪いのは変わりありません。授業を受けている生徒さんは、一番細いペンにしても太すぎて書きにくいようです。クラシックでないホワイトボードだと細く書けますが、私の授業のスタイルにはクラシックの方が使いやすいのです。早急な改善を求めます。 …

    会議中、急にzoomが落ちて画面が真っ暗になったので、一旦閉じて再ログインしようとしたが、IDを入れてもbusy状態が続き改善出来さらなかった。 先方には無言で退席したように捉えられ、非常に困った。 原因究明と改善を求める。
