当アプリで任意の検索をするとポイントを獲得でき、Amazonギフトなどに交換できるサービスがあるが、致命的な欠陥があり、何度も改善するよう訴えているが運営は何もしようとしない！ チェックイン、デイリーミッションを繰り返しているだけなのに、不正利用だといってすぐアカウントに制限をかけ、ミッションをクリアできなくしたりポイント交換できなくしてくる！ また、問い合わせてからのレスポンスも最悪だし、一方的に問い合わせをクローズしてきて話にならない。 腹が立つからアンイストールした。 もう二度と使うことはない。 ポイ活目的ならMicrosoftはやめた方がいい。 時間の無駄。 … - Copilotの不具合とリワードに関する改善要望2026年9月1日
① テキスト入力・編集の不具合（スライドすると閉じる） 長文を入力した際、スクロールやカーソル移動（ドラッグ）のために少しでも指を動かすと、入力欄が勝手に閉じてしまう。 結果として最初の1行しか見えず、見直しも編集もできなくなるため、実質的に長文の修正や続きの入力が不可能になる。 ② テキストのコピー手順が煩雑 生成された文章の一部だけをサクッとコピーしたいのに、一度「テキストを選択する」を挟んで別画面の全文ページを開かなければならない。 ③ Microsoft Rewardsの仕様への不満 ポイントを交換しようにも、欲しいギフト券などの交換先がすぐに品切れ（在庫切れ）になり、なかなか交換できない。 Copilot's mobile interface has severe usability issues: 1. Rewardsのために使ってるが、タブを閉じるときの閉じるボタンの当たり判定が変でそのタブに移ってしまうことが多発する。 - タブが2026年8月20日
マルチタブの表示が消しづらい、バツを押し間違えると開くし、リンクも全て別タブで開くので気づくと死ぬほどたくさんタブが開いている。バツでしか閉じられないのに連続で閉じると、タブが腹の立つずれかたをしてまたページが開く、得にリワードミッションなんかをやるとストレスが多くてわざとやらなくさせてるのかと思う。頼むからせめてスワイプでタブを閉じられる様にして下さい。 … - かなり使いやすい2026年8月16日
