使い方が分かりにくいので、退会したいのに、なかなか退会出来ない。日本語で、退会したいと伝えるが、返事は英語。スマホで退会したいっとググったら、文章が出て来たので自分なりの英語でその文を入力しても返事は英語で、私が伝えている事が意味が分からないっとの返事。 - 音が小さい2021年8月29日
